The Lions Hearing Dogs Inc. Training Centre
is located in South Australia, on the Mount Barker Road at Verdun
just off the South Eastern Freeway.
If you are coming from Adelaide, get off
the SE Freeway at the Hahndorf exit and turn left at the Verdun intersection, we
are 300 metres on the right.
If you are coming towards Adelaide on
the SE Freeway take the Mount Barker exit and follow the signs to Hahndorf, pass
through Hahndorf and turn right at the Verdun intersection at the start of the
Freeway ramp.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome to our Training Centre by
prior arrangement only, bookings several months ahead are necessary as we have a
limited number of tours each month.

All tours commence at 2.00pm . The visit lasts
approximately one hour. This consists of a tour of the complex and kennels and a
working demonstration of a Hearing Dog.
We can take up to 43 people at a time. A
donation of $4 per person is appreciated.
We ask that you do not bring any pets
on site due to the risk of infection.
